FAQ

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?

I work on a first come, first serve basis, and require a retainer and signed contract. Your wedding date is secured once those are received. Sadly, I cannot hold dates without a booking retainer and signed contract.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?

When you book, upon signing the contract, you are required to pay the retainer. This is a flat $500 fee that DOES go towards your total. The rest of the payment is due a month prior to your wedding date. All of this is done electronically. The system, I use is completely safe and secure with bank to bank transfer. If you choose to pay with a card, there will be an additional credit card fee automatically added to your invoice.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE MY PHOTOS ARE SAFE?

I totally understand wanting to be sure that your photos are backed up properly in case of corruption! I shoot on TWO cards - one SD & one XQD. I will not format either card until at least two weeks after your gallery is delivered. I also always keep your images backed up on an external hard drive indefinitely and I back them up the night of your wedding.

How many photos will i receive?

I do not cap how many images I send. You will receive all images fully edited and sent via a beautiful online gallery. I always say a minimum of 100 photos per hour.

When can i expect to receive my photos?

9-12 weeks depending on season.
